I have talked about Pantone's Colorstrology before (see
here). Basically Pantone is a universal color matching system that graphic designers use for consistency in printing. And Pantone has assigned a color for every day of the year with a little "horoscope" of sorts attached to the color. They call it
Colorstrology. I thought it would be fun to take a color every so often and create a mood board to go along with the Pantone color of that day. Then taking that as inspiration, I'll create a free download for you!
Today's color is Pantone Spicy Orange. The keywords associated with this color are "Exceptional, Writer, Successful." That's an inspirational place to start! So here you have it. My first Pantone Mood Board + Freebie! Hope you enjoy:
I have this quote by Rita Mae Brown hanging above my (rarely-used) desk. And even though my desk is primarily used to stack waiting laundry, I still see this quote every day. And it reminds me to create.

this weekend I found your blog through a friend, and I really love it. Funny story though, I just moved inot a new apartment, and I'm trying to figure out what to do with my wall. It's proving to be tough. I chose orange as my primary color :)
I love this!!!!! Crazy about orange. Love it as much as I love mustard. :) You so have to do this on my birthday!! April 15th. Mark it on your calendar. You can perk everyone up on the day they drop their tax payment in the mail. :) And by the way, that Colorology thing was amazing. It worked for me. Did it work for you?
